Upload Your Screenshots Directly to FTP Using Pixtel

With Pixtel, uploading screenshots and media files directly to your FTP server is quick and effortless. Whether it’s a single image or multiple files at once, Pixtel lets you upload everything to FTP in just a few clicks — without leaving the app.

How to Upload Files to FTP Using Pixtel

Step 1: Capture or Import Your Files

  • Capture screenshots using any Pixtel capture mode
  • Or import images from your local system
  • Edit, annotate, or modify files before uploading

Step 2: Open the Share Option from the Home Bar

  • From Pixtel’s Home Bar, click on Share
  • Select FTP from the list of applications

Step 3: Add Your FTP Account (First-Time Users)

If you are a new user:

  • Click on Add to add a new FTP account
  • Enter your FTP credentials:
  • Connection Name
  • User Name
  • Password
  • Host Name
  • Host Type
  • Port Number (Default: 21 or 990)
  • Save the account once all details are entered

Step 4: Select Your FTP Account and Folder

  • Click Select to choose your FTP account
  • Pixtel will display all available folders in your FTP server
  • Select the required folder where you want to save your files

Step 5: Upload Your Files

  • Click Upload to start the upload process
  • If needed, click Cancel to stop the upload in progress

Managing FTP Accounts in Pixtel

Pixtel gives you full control over your FTP accounts:

  • Refresh — Refresh your FTP account and folder list
  • Remove — Remove an existing FTP account
  • Add multiple FTP URLs
  • Easily switch between accounts using the dropdown

To upload multiple files at once:

  • Switch to Grid View in Pixtel
  • Select all the required media files
  • Click Share and choose FTP
  • Select your FTP account and desired folder
  • Click Upload to upload all selected files together

If you want to add more files:

  • Click Add Files to include additional files before uploading
