What volume discounts are available for Business edition?Commercial businesses can take advantage of tiered pricing for volume purchases. Please see volume discount pricing table. These prices don't include applicable taxes and transaction fees.
Will there be any difference in features between Free, Personal and Business editions in future?No. We believe in keeping pricing and product offerings simple and straight forward. We are not interested in confusing customers with complex feature comparison matrix and cost-benefit analysis. Pixtel product offers great features and value for the price. All upgrades and support are included in the subscription price. The free version just includes watermarks on the captured images and videos without any support commitment.
How do I decide if I need multi-year subscription?We are actively developing the product and have an aggressive roadmap to improve the products with a lot of high-value features and enhancements. Some discounts, especially for the Personal edition, may not be offered in the future. Multi-year subscription helps you lock-in the price for up to three years.
What type of payments do you accept?We accept payments by all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal and Amazon payments. For large purchases, we recommend ACH transfer to reduce transaction fee. Please contact email@example.com.
Are there any discounts for Educational Institutions and Non-profit groups?Yes. You will get the same low Personal edition pricing at 50% discount. You can purchase Personal edition and use it for your educational and non-profit business. For volume discounts, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a money back guarantee?Yes, there is a 15-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the subscription and get a refund. There will be a processing fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. We encourage you to try the fully featured product before purchasing.
