1. Can I get a product demo?
Pixtel is a super easy-to-use software and we have made tutorial videos available here. If you have any follow-up questions, please contact sales@pixtel.us.
2. Will there be any difference in features between Free, Personal, and Business editions in the future?
No. We believe in keeping pricing and product offerings simple and straight forward. We are not interested in confusing customers with complex feature comparison matrix and cost-benefit analysis. Pixtel product offers great features and value for the price. All upgrades and support are included in the subscription price. The free version just includes watermarks on the captured images and videos without any support commitment.
3. Is there a multi-year subscription?
We are actively developing the product and have an aggressive roadmap to improve the products with a lot of high-value features and enhancements. We used to have a multi-year subscription option before. However, it was discontinued for direct online purchases. Only the annual subscription is available. However, if you purchase it from Windows Store, you can get a two year license for a discounted price.
4. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payments by all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal and ApplePay payments. For large purchases, we recommend ACH transfer to reduce transaction fee. Please contact sales@pixtel.us.
5.Are there any discounts for Educational Institutions and Non-profit groups?
Yes. You will get the same low personal edition pricing. In most cases, Free edition should meet your requirements.
6.Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, there is a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the subscription and get a refund. There will be a processing fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. We encourage you to try the fully featured product before purchasing.
7.How to move from Free to Subscription?
It is super easy. Just apply new subscription license key in the Pixtel registration window. All the data is retained and free version converts to subscription version. If you don't renew the subscription, Pixtel automatically changes to free version.
